Yes, I did write a post-draft analysis for Mike McCartney’s team, Buffalos. Here’s the analysis from that earlier post:
Team: Buffalos
Owner: Mike McCartney
- Quarterbacks: Anthony Richardson and Bo Nix provide exciting upside, especially Richardson with his dual-threat ability. While both are young, Richardson has immediate fantasy relevance, and Nix could be a wild card depending on league format.
- Running Backs: Zamir White and Gus Edwards are part of backfields with shared responsibilities, making them depth options rather than primary producers. Jaylen Wright and Jordan Mason are deeper fliers who may see increased roles with time.
- Wide Receivers: CeeDee Lamb and Jaylen Waddle form one of the most dynamic WR duos in the league, with both expected to deliver WR1 performances. Chris Godwin provides strong depth, while Michael Wilson and Jalen McMillan are intriguing young options.
- Tight Ends: Travis Kelce is the crown jewel of this roster. He’s not just a TE1, but a cheat code at the position, offering significant points above replacement.
- Kicker and Defense: Brandon Aubrey is a solid kicker, and the Buffalo Bills’ defense is one of the best in the league.
Grade: B
This team is built around elite wide receiver play and one of the best tight ends in the game, Travis Kelce. While there’s potential for massive success, there are some question marks at the running back and quarterback positions, particularly with unproven young talent. If the quarterbacks perform above expectations, Buffalos could be a serious contender.
