Welcome to the Week 5 edition of “Who’s Crushing Dreams and Who’s Clinging to Hopes”—your favorite fantasy football power rankings, where some GMs are riding high, and others are wondering if they should’ve drafted better or simply started knitting instead. With four games in the books, the drama is heating up faster than a hot take on Twitter. Here’s a breakdown of where everyone stands and, more importantly, how every GM really feels about their team right now.

1. 38 BEAVERS (@reidt)
Record: 4-0 | (PF): 436.62 | (PA): 325.88

The BEAVERS remain undefeated, carried by Alvin Kamara‘s versatility and Joe Burrow‘s consistent performances. Kamara has been an absolute fantasy monster, contributing over 285 rushing yards, 132 receiving yards, and 4 touchdowns. If Burrow keeps dealing and Kamara continues his elite production, this team will be hard to stop.

Key Players to Watch
– Alvin Kamara: #1 Overall in fantasy points scored
– Joe Burrow: Can in fact pick up a water bottle and also decent at chucking footballs QB #12
– Depth: Jamo | Wicks | Sutton | Dionte | Zack Moss

Reid’s feeling: “4-0, baby! Points not Opinions!”

2. ChefJeff (@ChefJeff)
Record: 3-1 | (PF): 423.70 | (PA): 389.68

ChefJeff is riding high on the back of David Montgomery’s reliable running, with help from breakout rookies Marvin Harrison Jr. and #1 wide receiver Malik Nabers. Harrison Jr. and Nabers have added big-play potential to a squad that’s as dangerous as it is consistent.

Key Players
– David Montgomery: RB #8
– Marvin Harrison Jr.: WR #9
– Malik Nabers: WR #1

Jeff’s Feeling: “I’m quietly confident. If Nabers and MHjr stay hot, my roster is a problem for everyone.”

3. MikeMac7 (@MikeMac7)
Record: 3-1 | Points For (PF): 391.32 | (PA): 321.70

Jordan Mason has been a beast with CMC out, and CeeDee Lamb has emerged as one of the league’s top wideouts. With Sam Darnold keeping things solid under center, MikeMac7’s team is full of sneaky weapons that have been flying under the radar.

Key Players
– Jordan Mason: RB #5
– CeeDee Lamb: WR #12
– Sam Darnold: QB #4

Mike’s Feeling: “I’ve got the top RB pickup and one of the best WRs. Watch out when this team heats up.”

4. 1st Moody on Duty (@TheJackOfHarts)
Record: 3-1 | (PF): 389.52 | (PA): 353.36

Derrick Henry is running defenses into the ground, and Baker Mayfield has found his groove as a great fantasy QB. George Kittle is having a solid start to the year with the banged up 49ers offense. This team is built to grind out wins, but can they maintain their bruising style against top competition?

Key Players
– Derrick Henry: RB #3
– George Kittle: TE #2
– Baker Mayfield: QB #3

Jack’s Feeling: “With Henry and Kittle, I can steamroll anyone. Mayfield needs to keep cooking. Once I get Chubb back I might get a chub”

5. One Penny Ja’More (@SamHolmberg)
Record: 2-2 | (PF): 465.22 (League High) | (PA): 412.74

Ja’Marr Chase, Stefon Diggs, and Lamar Jackson have led One Penny to the highest scoring offense in the league. This team could easily be 4-0. For now, they’re content to keep outscoring opponents with their explosive offense.

Key Players
– Ja’Marr Chase: WR #8
– Stefon Diggs: WR #10
– Lamar Jackson: QB #2

Sam’s Feeling: “I only win when I’m the highest scoring team.”

6. Hill’s Hush Money (@SneakyMotives)
Record: 2-2 | (PF): 415.50 | (PA): 394.38

Saquon Barkley continues to be an absolute workhorse, doing it all for SneakyMotives. Jalen Hurts is delivering, and Davante Adams might be on a new team soon? The pieces are there for a strong playoff push, but some bad luck has kept him from a better record.

Key Players
– Saquon Barkley: RB #2
– Jalen Hurts: QB #9
– Davante Adams: WR #37 | going to Jets or Chiefs?

Jayme’s Feeling: “If Saquon stays healthy, Hurts keeps balling, and Davante plays for a new team soon, I’m back at the top.”

7. Sunday Scaries (@jhawkenson)
Record: 2-2 | (PF): 408.58 | (PA): 410.58

Dak Prescott and Brian Thomas Jr. are holding this team together while AJ Brown and Cooper Kupp recover from injuries. This squad is barely hanging on, but if those stars return, jhawkenson could quickly go from mediocre to menacing.

Key Players
– Dak Prescott: YEAH HERE WE GO! QB #7
– Brian Thomas Jr.: WR #15
– AJ Brown & Cooper Kupp: Could be the key to a playoff run.

Jacob’ys Feeling: “If AJ and Kupp get healthy, I’m ready to make a run at the top.”

8. BBL Drizzy (@wallatime)
Record: 2-2 | (PF): 376.22 | (PA): 373.32

BBL Drizzy has been on the back of some key performances from Kyren Williams and James Cook, both solid contributors. Kyren Williams has punched in four rushing touchdowns while James Cook has been sneaky productive, totaling nearly 300 yards on the ground and through the air. However, consistency has been the issue. They’ve proven they can score, but keeping opponents at bay is the Achilles’ heel.

Key Players
– Kyren Williams: RB #4
– James Cook: RB #10
– Drake London: WR #22

ET’s Feeling:
“Kyren and James are killing it, but my defense is about as reliable as a toddler’s understanding of personal space. It’s one step forward, two steps back, but I’m still hanging in there.”

9. Dreier’s Laundromat (@Dreierjd11)
Record: 2-2 | (PF): 360.66 | (PA): 387.62

Aaron Jones and Justin Jefferson are the stars of this team, with Xavier Worthy quietly the Chiefs new #1. The Laundromat needs a little more from the rest of the roster to challenge the top teams, but with Jefferson’s explosive ability, they’re always dangerous.

Key Players
– Aaron Jones: RB #9
– Justin Jefferson: WR #3
– Xavier Worthy: A sneaky contributor who could swing a matchup WR #23

Joey’s Feeling: “Jefferson and Jones are giving me a shot every week. Now I just need the rest of the squad to step up.”

10. Daddy (@mamba123)
Record: 2-2 | (PF): 332.16 | (PA): 336.72

Chris Olave and Brian Robinson have been steady contributors, but the team needs more pop if it’s going to make a playoff push. Michael Pittman or Tee Higgins need to step up. If if this team wants to separate from the pack, someone needs to go nuclear soon.

Key Players
– Chris Olave: WR #21
– Brian Robinson: RB #11
Michael Pittman/Tee Higgins: A breakout stretch from either could propel Daddy forward.
– Christian McCaffrey: If he can come back healthy he can turn the corner for Daddy

AJ’s Feeling: “I’m still in the mix, but I need CMC if I’m gonna make a real push.”

11. Breecy Like Sunday Mornin (@Jon7D)
Record: 1-3 | (PF): 338.28 | (PA): 375.64

Jonathan Taylor has been solid but now is hurt. Breece Hall is losing touches to rookie Braylon Allen. Caleb Williams needs to focus on leading this team instead of what color he is painting his fingernails. This team could quickly bounce back if a few things go their way.

Key Players
– Breece Hall: RB #16
– George Pickens: WR #38
Caleb Williams: QB #24 | Imagine trading up and passing on Jayden Daniels

Jonny’s Feeling: “I need to make a trade or I’m going be eating pancakes with acrylic nails”

12. Minnesota Vikings (@AEssler)
Record: 1-3 | (PF): 319.10 | (PA): 330.42

Despite having some high-powered players like Nico Collins and Jahmyr Gibbs, things haven’t quite clicked for Adam’s Minnesota Vikings. Rashee Rice has been great, but it is unclear if he tore his ACL or not. Also Isiah Pachecco breaking his leg week 2 didn’t  This is the team that could beat anyone on any given week but has just been unlucky.

Key Players
– Nico Collins: WR #1
– DJ Moore: WR #35
– Jahmyr Gibbs: RB #7

Adam’s Feeling:
“How is it that both my Chiefs players get hurt, I need to trade for healthy players or I might finish last!”

13. B.A. Got That Dope (@BZillionaire)
Record: 1-3 | (PF): 331.40 |  (PA): 388.18

Despite a 1-3 record, DK Metcalf and Brock Bowers have shown flashes of brilliance. However, the inconsistency of the rest of the roster has made it difficult for BZillionaire to compete. With D’Andre Swift, Travis Etienne, and Brandon Aiyuk all struggling, BZ is hoping for a turnaround.

Key Players
– DK Metcalf: WR #7
– Inconsistency: Swift RB #24 Etienne #26 Aiyuk WR #61
Kyler Murray: QB #10

BZ’s Feeling: “If my guys can be consistent and Metcalf stays hot, we could turn this ship around.”

14. A’mon One (@bohlsen01)
Record: 1-3 | (PF): 341.40 | (PA): 392.58

Josh Allen has been an absolute force, but the supporting cast hasn’t done enough to get bohlsen01 out of the basement. Amon-Ra St. Brown has been reliable, but Garrett Wilson has yet to show glimpses of his WR1 potential. The team just can’t put it all together.

Key Players
– Josh Allen: QB #5
– Amon-Ra St. Brown: WR #11
– Garrett Wilson: WR #43

Ethan’s Feeling: “Josh Allen can only do so much. The rest of the team needs to pick it up!”

15. Nacua Matata (@Cuka)
Record: 1-3 | (PF): 338.88 | (PA): 374.04

Jayden Daniels has been carrying this team, but without a ton of help. It’s been a rough start for Cuka; Puka Nacua went to IR week 1, David Njoku has played 2 quarters, Deebo Samuel has missed time, and Jaylen Warren has been banged up. Daniels can only do so much. With Njoku and Deebo back Nacua Matata desperately needs his team to be healthy to make a run.

Key Players
– Jayden Daniels: QB #1 and #2 fantasy scoring
– Deebo Samuel: WR #29
– Health: Puka | Deebo | Njoku | Jaylen Warren

Cuka’s Feeling: “It’s Jayden or bust. I need my team healthy ASAP.”

16. TSW (@SmoochieW123)
Record: 1-3 | (PF): 256.16 | (PA): 311.14

TSW has had a rough go, the offense has shown flashes of brilliance thanks to Bijan Robinson and De’Von Achane, but it’s been an uphill battle for this squad. The defense needs to tighten up, and CJ Stroud needs to find consistency for TSW to turn the season around.

Key Players
– Cj Stroud: QB#11
– Bijan Robinson: RB #21
– De’Von Achane: RB #14
